On this second Sunday after Easter it is easy to identify with the disciples who gathered in the small upper room. Are we ready to open our eyes to the truth of the world that we live in with its rich diversity? Are we ready to open our ears and hear the cries of those who do not have enough? Are we ready to open our mouths and advocate for those who are not being heard in our world? What we hold in common here at R-W is our desire and our commitment to be inclusive. How will the Holy Spirit move among us to release the wealth of our diversity and cause us to live out of faith with boldness?
