Today we are reminded by the scriptures that it is important to keep the rituals that we have been given for they serve to remind us of where we have come from, and they connect us with those who have come before us. In this ever changing world it is important to take time to consider what the important rituals are that ground us, to name our common purpose,and to help us to feel we belong. We are the chosen people of God. Are we prepared to move with God when we are commanded? Are we free to follow God or are we being held back by the things we possess?
