Exodus 1:8–14; 3:1–15 • God calls Moses
We celebrate the presence of the Sacred who has many names, who has one name, who is not named. The Holy is present to us in ten thousand ways: in flame or wind, in song or silence, in word or action, in sorrow or joy. Moses discovers and presents “I am who I am” in a way that at once a profoundly new revelation and familiar from the beginning of time. We are challenged to embrace the Sacred, at once rooted to the core of our being, yet also blooming fresh before our eyes.
