The scriptures remind us that when trying to grow something there is no guarantee that it will be fruitful. Finding the right seeds, and ensuring that the soil is enriched and prepared, and that the seeds receive the right sunlight and water is challenging. Our faith is no different. There are times when it feels like things are growing stronger and that this will be the best harvest yet, and then there are the setbacks. How will we keep the faith in times of transitions? How will we embrace moments of failure and learn from them?
