Genesis 39: 1-23 . Joseph in Prison

 With God by our side, we can find the strength to keep our promises and to live with integrity and honour. It is clear in the scripture that God is with Joseph and because of this Joseph is given opportunities and responsibility. Joseph did not give into human desires, even when he was falsely accused and put into jail. Joseph was loyal to God and kept his promises. When we find our purpose, our vocation, our calling, we need to trust in this and stick to the path that God has laid out for us. God will protect us even if it isn’t in a way that we expect.
