What is prayer and how do we pray? Like the disciples, we too, want to know how to pray. We often feel that we do not know how to pray. St. Clement of Alexandria says, “Prayer is conversation with God.” Grace Aguilar writes, “Prayer is the language of the heart.” Soren Kierkegaard believes, “Prayer does not change God, but it changes him who prays.” How will pray transform our lives and the communities that we serve?
